Each course includes a challenge station that in the past has ranged from a climbing wall, to a slack line, to lawn games. Who knows what fun challenges may await this year. The whole family can come for some great times with kid’s races and an after party in the Chimney Rock each week. Week 1:
If you weren't here for week one, I'm sorry to tell you it was a great one. We had riders of all ages and abilities come out for the race. Week 1's course was a 5 mile loop that included the new Collector Trail which is just simply AWESOME! The challenge involved a disc throw which allowed some riders to really rack up the points and improve their standings in the end. The post race party in the Chimney Rock was a blast with lots of prizes including a dedicated raffle of goods from Deschutes Brewery. Can't wait for next week. See you on the trails.

Week 2:
Other than "WOW," I don't really know what to say. This week's race goes down as my personal all-time favorite biking experience. We had rain, we had mud, and we had a lot of fun. This weeks challenge was a new twist on the tight rope and helped mix up the final points standings. Special thanks to Alaskan Brewing Company for the great prizes. With two great weeks behind us, next week is sure to be a blast.
Week 3:

Up, Up & Away was the theme to this weeks race. It was a great course that incorporated some big time climbing followed by a fun gravity portion on the new Bear Grass Trail. Personally, I prefer riding in the rain, but the weather for this week's race comes in at a close second. It was a really fun challenge this week that awarded points based on how quickly you could change a bike tire! These challenges really stir things up and make the results exciting everytime. Next week is the LAST week - so don't miss it. A reminder that the race features a MASS START BY CATEGORY starting at 6:30PM. See you then!

WEEK 4:

IT'S ALL IN THE HIPS! Or at least when you're competing in the week4 Twilight Adventure Challenge. Lets be honest - Hula Hooping is no easy task. So why not incorporate it into an obstacle course!?! That was this week's challenge and I must say it was probably my favorite of all. The race was great too! To change things up, this week's race featured a mass start and it was a blast. Congrats to the overall winners of each category and also to Deschutes Flying Fish - winning overall team. Lots of great prizes were to be had in the end - leaving me exicted for next year.
